Got a nice little present sent through the post today from the nice guys at Fogcreek Software in the states. They are the guys who make the Fogbugz and Kiln software that our whole company runs on. Embarrassing photos for proof!

Better issue tracking with TortoiseHG and Kiln

Using your tools well is part of what makes you a good developer. Getting them all to play nice is important. I found this little feature today and thought I'd share how to link to your Issue tracking software (in our case Fogbugz) from within TortoiseHG. It is not rocket science but its a quick tweek to make life a little easier. Probably of use to 1 person in the world but they would be happy if the found it so tell your friends!

Relaunching Olympic Holidays

One of our biggest projects for the year finally went live in September. The sitewide update of our long term client Olympic Holidays. Here's a bit more on the scope of the project, how we managed it and how deploying it went well due to a lot of prep work.
